Valentine's

Yesterday Cory and I got to spend our first Valentine's Day together as an engaged couple! We watched several documentaries, Grease: Live and attempted to watch The Notebook while looking for wedding venues. We had a romantic lunch out to Steak-n-Shake, and spent most of the day in bum clothes.
Bottom line?
Our day was perfect.
We didn't need to go to a fancy dinner or even leave the house to have a great day. I've never had so much fun doing nothing as I do with Cory.
We still haven't picked a venue, but we're trying! Of course, I feel like we should have every detail planned within the week, but Cory keeps reminding me, "We've only been engaged for a few days! Slow down." Ha!
We went through dozens of websites last night and are trying to narrow sites down and book tours with venues that are within (easy) driving distance. We definitely know we want a barn, rustic, country wedding, but trying to find an affordable venue that's close to us and our families (who are spread out everywhere from Georgia to Tennessee to Mississippi to Florida) and fits our needs is proving difficult.
We're enjoying the challenge, though. Wish us luck, and happy Valentine's Day! <3
